Staying in a beach house or a beach apartment is the perfect way to spend some quality time with friends – old and new!   During the week of FIBO (August 13 – 20), FIBO guests can rent fully appointed beach houses and apartments from the list below.  

All beach house rentals are weekly and subject to availability.  Reserve early for the best deals!   House amenities may vary depending on the size and location of the property.  To ensure the best service, please mention FIBO when making your reservations.

Pines Harbor Realty – The Pines:  The exclusive Pines area of Fire Island is about a 15-minute walk on the beach (or 5-minute water taxi ride) to FIBO activities.  With breath taking views and plush like atmosphere, the beach houses in the Pines are fully furnished and typically include air conditioning, two twin beds per bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, bathrooms/showers, washer/dryer, dishwasher, satellite TV, stereo, DVD, pool (some with pool and jacuzzi), sundeck, and BBQ grill. DunePoint Apartment Rentals – Cherry Grove:  Daily, weekly, and weekend apartments with full kitchens, baths, air, heat, television, and wireless internet are available. HOTELS
FIBO attendees can reserve accommodations during the FIBOweekend (August 13 – 15) at the hotels listed below.  Discounted rooms are LIMITED and available on a first-come-first serve basis.  To ensure the best service, please mention FIBO when making your reservations.
Please note that phone call reservations may NOT qualify for hotel discounts.  

Hilton Garden Inn – Ronkonkoma, NY.  As the official Host Hotel for FIBO 2010, the Hilton Garden Inn offers FIBO guests a pool, fitness center, high-speed internet access, and other amenities.   Located on the mainland in Ronkonkoma, NY, the hotel is just minutes away from the Sayville ferry, which will take you to and from FIBO events in Cherry Grove.  Please visit the Hilton Garden Inn Website for more information about the hotel. HILTON GARDEN INN IS SOLD OUT!!! FIBO has secured a limited number of overflow rooms at the Hampton Inn - Islandia, which is about one mile from the host hotel. Grove Hotel – Cherry Grove. With its convenient “downtown” location, the Grove Hotel is just steps away from the beach and most FIBO activities.  To qualify for a 15% discount, You MUST reserve online by August 7, 2010 at www.grovehotel.com.  Discount applies for two night stay during the FIBO weekend.  Please use promotional code: "FIBO" when making your reservation.

Belvedere Guest House for Men – Cherry Grove:  Fire Island's premier accommodation for men is located on the bay front at Cherry Grove.  It is in the style of a Venetian Palace, with terraces, towers, domes, statuary, antiques and fountains.  The hotel supplies ice, coffee, and refrigerators.  You MAY reserve online at http://www.belvederefireisland.com.

Exclusive Pool Party for Beach House, Apartment, and Hotel Guests:  If you are renting a beach house, apartment, or staying in a hotel at one of the above locations on Monday, August 16, 2010, then please contact us for your personal invitation to our Exclusive Pool Party.  To receive an invitation, you must provide in your email to us: (1) your name and email address; (2) the name and email address for guests attending the pool party with you; (3) address and/or room number where you are staying; and (4) cell phone or alternative phone number where you can be reached on Monday, August 16, 2010.
